A Breath of Fresh Air
The Hazelwood Highlander
The Hazelwood Highlander
One intake of breath after uncorking this Blended Scotch Whisky, and you could find yourself transported to the rich, luscious rolling hills of the Scottish countryside in summer.
"The inclusion of grain here gives sweetness in all aspects of the whisky - nose, palate and finish, making it ideal as a sipping drink or for those who aren’t sure about trying a neat whisky."
Rosalind Erskine
The Finer Details
Bringing together malt and grain whiskies from across the Highlands region, this beautifully poised Blended Scotch Whisky is a celebration of the region's cultural terroir and whisky-making history. Soft, generous, fruity with perfumed accents and wonderfully easy to drink it brings together the very best of one of Scotland’s foremost whisky-making regions.
Nose
The nose is elegantly light, offering a gentle heathered sweetness, offset by hints of moss grown on the tops of the rolling Scottish hills, topped generously with a dusting of sawdust.
Palate
A sensation of sweetness continues on the palate, evolving into the syrupy delight of barley sugar. Orchard fruits become readily apparent, with apple and pear tart coming to the forefront.
